What we know and what we don’t ahead for spring football

Spring football is here—well, almost—and there are things we definitely know about what to expect and things we can reasonably project.

For a program that hasn’t played a meaningful snap since Dec. 31, Nebraska football has been remarkably quiet.

Forty-five days have passed since the Las Vegas Bowl, which just so happens to mark the last formal opportunity to hear from the program in a structured way. That’s a long stretch of silence no matter which way you look at it.

It’s not necessarily surprising though.
