Nebraska baseball has waited a long time for this weekend.

For the first time since 2008, postseason baseball is coming back to Haymarket Park. The Huskers earned the No. 13 national seed in the NCAA Tournament and will host South Dakota State, Ole Miss and Arizona State in the Lincoln Regional beginning Friday.

That’s a big deal for Will Bolt’s program, but it’s not the only postseason stage Nebraska fans are watching this week. Nebraska softball is also back in Oklahoma City for the first time since 2013 after sweeping Oklahoma State in the Lincoln Super Regional. The Huskers open the Women’s College World Series on Thursday night against Arkansas.

We’ll start in Lincoln.
