This is objectively a good article; but I have to be honest, I'm not really paying attention. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ I am curious to find out if my interest increases as we get closer to football season.
I get it. Recruiting is a strange animal in today's game. Used to be the only avenue to player acquisition, but once it became the slower road, things changed.
Unless you're talking about a more general lack of attention. If so, I don't think you're alone there. Every offseason has a moment where it's just "we need to play some games." This offseason is unlike any I can recall because that moment was in, like, January.
definitely the "recruiting". we paid a high schooler to move to Nebraska who will make more money in a year and a half than i will make in my life. its just icky. And then I see that "the SEC is coming for your (my) 401k." supposably to pay their players? That just seems a little excessive. ๐
